Biodynamic Riesling and Pinot
Founded in 1998 by Jimi Brooks, the winery became a family stewardship after his passing, carried on for his son Pascal. Brooks is one of Oregon's most awarded wineries and a leader in biodynamic farming, known above all for its rieslings and pinot noirs.
The hilltop tasting room in the Eola-Amity Hills offers a 180-degree panoramic view of the valley, a monthly pairings menu, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the estate's community spirit.
What you'll taste
Seated tastings feature the estate's range of dry and off-dry rieslings, pinot noir, and aromatic whites, with a rotating monthly pairings menu; reservations are recommended.
Worth knowing: One of the world's leading biodynamic wineries, named to The World's 50 Best Vineyards list.
