Signor Vineyards was founded in 2015 by Clay Signor and opened to the public in 2018, with winemaking led by Eric Weisinger of a longtime Oregon winemaking family. The two families' friendship dates back decades, and the winery specializes in hearty reds and crisp whites sourced from Texas and Oregon.
The tranquil 200-acre estate sits along the Highway 290 wine trail and has been named Texas' most beautiful vineyard by Austin Monthly. Guests can taste in casual or formal settings across the property, which also includes gardens and a market, plus a second tasting room in downtown Fredericksburg.
