Koast Ride Updates is an optional transactional text messaging program operated by Krujim Inc., doing business as Koast. By checking the consent box in your Koast account and selecting Enable text alerts, you expressly agree to receive recurring automated text messages at the mobile number you provide.
Messages relate to services you request from Koast and may include booking confirmations, quote notices, chauffeur assignment and arrival updates, pickup reminders, trip or flight changes, cancellation notices, payment and receipt notices, and support replies. This program does not include marketing or promotional messages.
Message frequency varies based on your bookings, trip activity, and support conversations. Message and data rates may apply. Koast does not charge a separate fee for text messages, but your wireless carrier's rates apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming your request. Reply HELP for help, email [email protected], or call (650) 880-6514. You can also turn off text alerts in Koast under Account → Notifications.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or using Koast's transportation services. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You are responsible for providing a valid mobile number and for notifying Koast or opting out before transferring or discontinuing that number.
We handle mobile numbers and messaging consent as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may update these SMS Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continuing to participate after a change means you accept the updated terms.
