Home of America's First Petite Sirah
James Concannon founded the vineyard in 1883, and in 1961 it became the first winery in the country to bottle a single-varietal Petite Sirah. The estate also played a foundational role in California Cabernet through its widely propagated Concannon clones.
The Tesla Road property keeps a historic, low-key feel, with a tasting room and shaded grounds among mature vines. It sits a short drive from the cluster of wineries at the eastern end of the valley.
What you'll taste
