A Bordeaux Vision in Paso
JUSTIN was founded in 1981 by Justin and Deborah Baldwin, who planted Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot in the limestone hills of the Adelaida District. The winery built its reputation on ISOSCELES, a Bordeaux-style blend that helped put Paso Robles on the fine-wine map.
The estate sits among rolling, oak-dotted hills west of town and pairs its tasting room with the five-star JUST INN and a destination restaurant. It remains one of the region's most complete wine-country experiences.
