I founded Koast in order to create a better booking & travel experience for passengers, with reliable, professional chauffeurs. As well as a fairer compensation and work environment for drivers. Having been a Chauffeur for 7 years, I’ve heard and seen the good, the bad, and the ugly from both sides.

Terrible support and customer service from big and small companies alike. Clunky, outdated, and bloated limousine websites, unworkable from a mobile phone. Littered with pop-up banners, discount codes, 100’s of stock photos, and paragraphs with generic “fluff”.

Drivers being taken advantage of by major corporations such as Uber & Lyft, who take over large swathes of industry market share and flood the market with drivers, diluting available work. This creates a demoralized, beaten down workforce, that does not care about their job or their customer service.
