The cancellation policy depends on the type of vehicle you are booking. For all sedans and SUV’s, you will not be charged if you cancel anytime up to 2 hours before your scheduled pick up time.

You may see your vehicles cancellation policy during the booking process after you have selected your vehicle and before confirming your reservation.

Hourly bookings are charged by the hour from the scheduled pick-up time, the rate depends on the vehicle you wish to book. Hourly bookings include 20 miles of range per hour booked, after which you will be charged for additional mileage, on top of the hourly charges.

Nope! If you've booked with us at least once, an account has been automatically created for you. Your contact information is safely stored, and your payment information is encrypted and safely stored in our booking software. We do not know any details in regards to your credit card, and are only authorized to charge it after a booking has been complete or a cancellation fee has been triggered by our policy.
