  • Yes! 15 minutes of free wait is included for all standard point-to-point transfer, starting from the designated pick-up time requested on the reservation.

    1 hour of free wait time is included for all Airport Pick-Ups!

    If you need additional wait time please notify your chauffeur. Additional per minute charges will apply after your complimentary wait time has expired.

    Additional Wait Times Charges:

    Business Class Sedan (Continental, CT5, 5 Series, E-Class, or Similar) - $1.83 per minute

    Business Class SUV (Suburban, Expedition, Yukon, or Similar) - $2.08 per minute

    First Class SUV - With Captain Seats (Escalade, Navigator, or Denali) - $2.33 per minute

  • Yes! All Chauffeurs Are Be Required To Submit A Background Check Through The Company Checkr. Checkr Is Used By Some Of The Biggest Companies In The World For Background Checking Their Employees.

  • All vehicles are stocked with complimentay still & sparkling water and at least 1 usb-c and lightning charging cable.

    Depending on the vehicle you reserve, other features may be included. For example, rear climate control, rear heated seats, sunroof, and so on.

  • Yes! All Of Our Partners, Affiliates, & Chauffeurs Are Required To Hold A Commercial Insurance Certificate With A Combined Single Limit Coverage Of A $750,000 Or More, In California.

  • The cancellation policy depends on the type of vehicle you are booking. For all sedans and SUV’s, you will not be charged if you cancel anytime up to 2 hours before your scheduled pick up time.

    You may see your vehicles cancellation policy during the booking process after you have selected your vehicle and before confirming your reservation.

  • Hourly bookings are charged by the hour from the scheduled pick-up time, the rate depends on the vehicle you wish to book. Hourly bookings include 20 miles of range per hour booked, after which you will be charged for additional mileage, on top of the hourly charges.

    Additional Mileage Charges (For Hourly Bookings):

    Business Class Sedan (Continental, CT5, 5 Series, E-Class, or Similar) - $4.5 per mile

    Business Class SUV (Suburban, Expedition, Yukon, or Similar) - $5.25 per mile

    First Class SUV - With Captain Seats (Escalade, Navigator, or Denali) - $6.00 per mile

  • Nope! If you've booked with us at least once, an account has been automatically created for you. Your contact information is safely stored, and your payment information is encrypted and safely stored in our booking software. We do not know any details in regards to your credit card, and are only authorized to charge it after a booking has been complete or a cancellation fee has been triggered by our policy.

    For fast bookings, simply click "Log In" on our booking page, enter your phone number as your username, a verification code will be sent to your phone which will act as a password. After logging in, continue entering your reservation details and confirm your booking, contact and payment information will not be required!

  • To do any of the following, click "Log In" on our booking page, enter your phone number and verification code that gets sent to your phone. The "Log In' button will now change to your name. Click on your name to open a drop down menu. Click on "Profile" to change payment information. Click on "Orders" to check on past, upcoming rides, or quotes.
