Gainey Vineyard was founded in 1984 by the Gainey family, whose holdings make up one of the largest diversified farming operations in Santa Barbara County. The winery is known for estate Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Bordeaux varietals, including a Limited Selection program.
The home estate lies just east of Santa Ynez along Highway 246, with a Spanish-style tasting room and gardens. Tastings are seated, with views across the working vineyards and ranch.
